I'll have a picture up by the end of the week. I made my own hybrid fiberglass/mdf enclosure for two alpine type r 12's. It's been in there for over 2 years, but last weekend i decided to take it out and give it a little more air space. I'm almost finished. Just a few layers of fiberglass to join the two sections and i'll snap some pictures. If i may ask, what size and how many are you wanting to put in yours?

1 or 2 10's. I can't decide between Crossfire, Kicker L7, JLw3 or Treo. Most people haven't heard of Crossfire or Treo but they are the cat's meow! If I go w/the Crossfire or Treo I'll only need one but just one of them will cost the same as 2 of the others.

what are their mounting depths? the 12's i have are 7.7" mounting depth. With the carpet still in the compartments I have to jack my seat up about an inch to fit those subs. Besides that, the magnet and housing are almost hit in a couple of spots. I could have taken the carpet out and fit them a lot easier, but i wanted to keep the carpet to keep the shakes and rattles down. Plus it saves money over a sound dampening material to avoid having fiberglass on metal contact.

Here is what I built for my 10". Most of the ready made ones for under the left seat would not fit with the passenger side fold flat tray. The top section goes all the way to the back wall for added air volume.

Right about 6". One of the Treo 10's weighs 260oz., that's over 16lbs.

Should be done with my enclosure rebuild this weekend. When it's in i'll show you the final product. I also ordered $700 worth of sound dampening/absorbtion material yesterday..
