I was putting down sound deadener on the floor of the cab, and did the seat foam mod while I was at it, happened to have the center console/jumpseat out, so I thought, "why not?"

So far its a joke, but its kinda growing on me, not like anyone sits there anyway, and it makes room for PLENTY of storage
Ill put a hinge on it, and maybe a lock to keep a gun/valuables in without worrying...

 

I like it... Is it bolted down? I might have to put a smaller one in there...

 

Nah, not bolted down yet, but with the back brackets you can just drill two holes and mount it, the front needs a support from one side to the other, or some angle brackets bolted to the side of the box. Piece of cake though

 

I have the same thing done to my Jeep. It works great and it's water tight too.
