Did you return to Costco or CoverKing directly?

I believe I returned them to Coverking directly but it was all done through Costco. They even sent a return postage label and refunded my full amount including shipping.

Thanks for the information. I might contact them, I ordered mine directly from Coverking. I like them but I don't at the same time. Never been really happy with the fit around the arm rests. My wife does not like the neoprene. she says it is hot and sticky when wearing shorts. Some of the seams are starting to pull a little on the drivers seat due to shifting.

I have sheepskin covers form costco and they are great. Will not protect the seats like neo, but are really comfortable.

costco is no questions asked on returns other than high end electronics. i have had my coverkings on for almost 8 months now and they look fantastic. they been in the cental texas sun everyday since i bought them. i am in the landscape business, so i am in and out of my truck quite a few times during the day. they are holding up better than my wet okoles did.
