my trucks antilock light and brake light came on tonight it wont go off showing code 0483 any one know this problem

I looked up that code in my book and it says P0483 - Cooling Fan Rationality Check Malfunction or
Fan 3 Control Circuit

I don't know what that would have to do with the brakes though. Bring it by the house tomorrow we can check some stuff in the garage if you like

Somebody may chime in here with a better idea on the fault code.
