Cheap Seat Cover for Rear Bench

I'm not looking for anything fancy like Wet Okoles or any of the others that are $150+. I'm just looking for something cheap to protect the rear seat from our dogs. It needs to have cut outs for the seat belts. I'm not looking for something to permanently cover the seat, but something that is quick to install for the dogs and then quick to remove for passengers.

When I had an extended cab F250 I was able to find a $40 cover at Wal-Mart. I haven't had the same luck for the Ram.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
William Crawley

I just use towels for exactly what you describe. I put two down on the lower seat and two on the upper part and fold the towel through the head rests. I can have it out in 10 seconds if I need to carry passengers. Now to find a way to get at the HAIR UNDER the seat and between the seat and center console!!! Hardest places to vaccum!

We've used both towels and sheets. They don't stay in place for long with our dogs.

I have an Indian style print blacket that i picked up one time at a truck stop that i have tucked in around the seat. It's works great with my Golden Retriever and Black Lab. They don't move it hardly at all because it's big enough to tuck in behind the back of the seat, down into the bottom of the seat and the excess i have wrapped around the front edge.

those are great- me and my wife have them in each of our vehicles. if you're looking for something else, look in cabela's truck and atv catalogue, or at www.cabelas.com. they have rear seat covers starting at about $20.
