Cannot find AC Condenser for my 2006 CTD anywhere

On my 3rd condenser since I bought this truck new. We catch rocks on the freeway and ends up cracking and leaking. The last 2 are from Autozone, a Spectra 7-3657. It's been 3 or so years since I got a warranty replacement from them. This time the lower block cracked, probably from vibration, and leaked. I have AC dye coming out. I went back to Autozone, they pulled their 7-3657, I took it home to swap it, the lower block is not at the right angle to fit the hard line. On my existing Spectra 7-3657, both blocks angle towards the front of the truck. EVERYTHING in town now that says fits my truck with Turbo Diesel, has an angled top block, which fits, but the lower block is straight. There is no way my hard line will fit because it hits the intercooler. I could bend it, but afraid to kink the aluminum, plus I know it will never be bent right and put more pressure on that block going forward, and probably make it stress crack even more quickly.

Been to Autozone, all they have is Tru-Grade brand, not Spectra, same part number though 7-3657, and I've hand checked 5 different boxes and they all are not the right angle. I went to Napa, O'Reilly, CarQuest here in town, they pulled the part, we opened the box, all wrong.

Has anyone else run into this problem? My next stop is the local Dodge dealer, but they offer no warranty and it's going to be $500. I'm afraid to order anything online because I'm sure it's going to come with the wrong block angle and then I'll be stuck trying to ship back a huge box.

Several choices here, including different measurements.

You might be interested in a Condenser Guard also. Geno's is a great company.

Good Luck,
Back to morning brew . . .

I ended up finding the exact same Spectra 7-3657 on Amazon and ordered it. Hoping that's the one that actually comes and has the right block angles. Maybe this will help someone else down the road.
