A/C trouble

Has anyone had problems with their a/c not wanting to switch between floor, dash panel, and/or defrost. And getting stuck in the dash position??????????

Mine did that twice about 2 months ago but hasn't done it since...hadn't done it before then either. I didn't worry about it...just chalked it up to a freak occurrence until it does it repeatedly.

Not to sound like an idiot but what is the tsb? Is it easy/cheap to fix? Ihope so. It didn't bother me too much this summer, but is a nuisence now that it has turned cold.

Thanks rattlinram, I wrote down the tsb #'s for two other problems I have concerning the trip computer, and dash lights, In addition to the a/c. I'll be going to the dealer and getting this stuff worked out.
