My ac is on the blink.....

After starting the truck and letting it idle for say 5 minutes, the ac will come on equal to low fan speed when the fan speed is on any setting. You can move the fan speed **** to any speed and nothing changes. Tempurature adj. and blends appear to be working.

Is it just the control panel? Where can I get one and is it something thats fairly easy to do?

Could it be the blower control resistor attached below the blower unit? Is condensation buildup on the outside normal?
