I’ve never had a problem with seat position and pain while driving until this truck. (I’ve had several diesels. The last was 01 Cummins.) (I've had this truck for 4 months and 13,000)

The seat belt was cutting me in two. They put in a new one under warranty.

To fix the seat, he sent me to an upholstery shop where the front seat backs were switched and cushioning added to the driver’s seat bottom. (At the lowest setting, the lumbar was giving me a pain the lower back.) They paid the bill!

This kind of service is fantastic and I will keep buying from Matt and Elway. (Of course, this truck may last forever! )
