Lightbulb Big problem with lights on a 2003 cummins

Alright guys heres the problem.
I'm working on my friends 2003 dodge 2500 cummins.
Having a problem with the lights..
driver side light low beams doesnt work.
passanger low beam does work.
driver side high beam works .
passanger high beam doesnt work.
all the turn signals light up.
the only turn signal to work in the right rear.
No brake lights.
fog lights work.
I've checked everything from grounds to tracing wires To a beep test...
I've been doing alot of reading on this problem ALOT and
well Its ethier a PDC or FCM and well one is 600 and the other is 336.
Ive talked to a guy that say over the phone it was the fuse box Another said it was the FCM. Where is a good place to start. And is there any way to do a check on a fuse box or FCM. anything would be great to know thanks ..

Could be the FCM. Did you check the connectors under FCM for corrosion?

What codes did you get if any? You can try doing a reset but most likely FCM. Since most dealerships will not take back electrical parts might be better to take it to a dealership for diag or take your chances.

There isnt any codes on this truck what so ever. And I'm not getting 12volt DC out of the bottum of the fuse box which leadeds me to believe its not the FCM.. Just wanted to see if anyone else has have this problem.
And the dealer is out of the question last time my friend had this truck there costed him 4100 bucks for a safety. And all they did was the ball joints.. And sold him alot of things that arent even needed for a safety.
He got ripped BIG time..
Thanks for the info.

I had the same problem on my 08 CC. Turned out to be the Intergrated power module.

The TIPM, is the fuse box. Left side, foward of the battery. Now that was on my 08 CC. My problem was T/S'ed by a friend with a star scan. After I replaced TIPM, everything worked normal. Later on, another friend had a 07 CC and the fuel pump wasn't working. T/S'ed to the TIPM. He plugged my old one in and it's still working fine, Lights and all.

I would remove the TIPM and clean all the contacts on both the module and the connectors and try it again before buying a new one.

Slow5.0.1985, is working on an 03. I don't know what a FCM or PDC.

danimal... Fill in you sig.

Here's the wiring manual link

hey guy's thanks for the info! sorry so late to reply, had to work.
I will pull the fuse box first, and check all connections. That is what it seems to be, I have chased this back to the box, over and over, all is perfect. I will let you know after this weekend if it worked.

Have you checked the bulbs/lamp?
Do You have power at the defective bulb/lamp connection?

Which wires did you chase? Have you checked the ones that go across the front bumper? How about the ones the go across the radiator and firewall?
Is there a lamp out light on the instrument cluster?

You might want to try pulling back on the turn signal lever a few times to see if the lights come on. Then check the wire harness from the lamp switch going to the steering column and then through the firewall to the FCM. Since you have no signal from the fuse box I would assume its either a relay or the wiring through the firewall. It is possible nterior high beam switch or headlamp switch is bad?
