Another wiper failure without resolve

Wipers got real slow, then would just move a little at a time. Now they just "twitch" slightly when the switch is turned on.

I have replaced the wiper motor. Wipers behave identically to before.
I have replaced the multi function switch. Wipers behave identically to before.

What next?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Update- I really got into the wiper issue this week. Okay, so I replaced the "multi-function switch"- got immediate power to the wiper motor! Then pulled out the intermitant relay (I don't think they call it that)- cleaned the contacts, they were pretty corroded, and boom- intermediate wiper sounds- THEN- the wipers still not going back and forth, and looked at the connection under that grill-y thing- yep, it popped off- by then, it was getting late, so tommorow morning, going to hook back up the wipers.

Again, what is it with me and wipers on these trucks? LOL

I had similar on my other truck, when I replaced wiper motor itself, that went away- the motor itself was dragging, it was pretty corroded inside.
