Just this summer I have noticed that the air coming out of the passenger side vents is quite a bit warmer than the drivers side. My truck doesn't have duel climate so I would think its not a blend door issue or both sides would be warmer. Never had my Freon checked so could it be low? Still cools pretty good and it will eventually get cold coming out the passenger side when the temps inside the truck cool down. Any suggestions?

 

Normally 1 can of 134a will solve the problem, my truck requires 1 can every 4/5 years, now have 150K and counting;;;

Open the fan housing below the glove box and check to see if recirc door has fallen down and is blocking air flow to unit. I found this on mine and just removed the broken recirc door. A/C works as good as ever, just didn't have recirc air. Do a search for recirc door.
