I saw a hugh trailer ball in the magazine that looked like it was about 6" in dia. Anyone know where I can get one. Would go great with the set of ***** on the back of the truck.

I have heard guys say that the DOT here in Alberta have decided that its a 250 dollar ticket to have your hitch in your reciever. The reason, as I was told is that it could fall out. This was from a farmer who was pulled over for something else. The first reason I heard was if your rearended it could hook on to the other vehichle. They just want the money no real reason other then that.

Mine won't fall out. I have a Master lock hitch pin to make sure no one borrows it from me.

weld it in. if that is true it should not be hard to fight in court, they rarely seem to fall out when towing 10K+ trailers. my 12K hitch is held in place with a 5/8 grade 8 bolt, would like for a law enforcement officer to tell me it's going to fall out.
