Can anyone tell me the best place to get 3M Stongard to cover my fog lights only?

Thank You, I just went on to check it out. I like the yellow, but does it make the light shine yellow? Would rather have clear. Also I found the set I need but where do I check-out? Can it be done on line or must I call them?
