Anyone know if a canopy off a 99 will fit on a 2005? Id love to see pictures of how different it is if it doesn't fit

If I recall the 03-up SB is 6.3ft, the 99 was 6.5ft.

 

oh ok, so its not even worth, just looking it seems that the front of the newer bed has a curve in it also I don't see in the older one

 

It will fit but it's not a perfect fit. If the cap is the same color as your current truck, and the price is right, I'd do it. I did this on the 03 I used to have. I already had a cap from my 98 and the fit was decent and nobody else but me ever noticed that it wasn't perfect....
