Has anyone heard rumors about the PW getting a 6.7L in 2010-2011?

I don't know if they are going to push the 6.7 in the PW. Figure, diesels traditionally aren't the best off-road due to the weight of the motor. And with the gearing of the PW (4.56 I think) combined with the 6.7, that thing would get 10 MPG on the highway...

I saw an actual picture on pickup truck . com a few weeks ago. Front looks like a dodge with forward slope on the grille to look like a charger. Looked nice to me.

I`m pretty sure that piece on the rear of the cab is NOT part of the cab , but something they fabbed up to make it still look like a Mega Cab, and hide the fact that the bed is longer.

The rear doors look longer like the `09 1500 doors.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It looks like a crew cab long box, with a cover on the back half and first foot of the cab, like they want to show enough to start people talking without actually showing what it is...

I noticed this too and was excited.

I can't stand IFS(inferior front suspension). Especially in a heavy duty truck!

It looks like it is gunna follow the "square" lines of the newer Dakotas. Kinda like the crappy body style of the new Chevy trucks.
UGH!

if you can, take a look at the Oct. '06 Diesel Power- there's an '05 Cummins Power Wagon with a brand new '05 CTD being the donor truck.

The new Diesel Power magazine shows the diesel PW prototype. They had to move the front bumper forward to mount the winch. Has Kore suspension parts.

Unless you're plowing snow or doing some serious off roading (like you'd need a jeep for, not somthing you could take a 20' long truck over), you owe it to yourself to put about 100,000mi under your butt in an IFS truck. IFS and SFA both have their merits.
I've never opened up the front end on an IFS GM truck, although the one with the most miles only had 170k on it, but I've replaced plenty of steering knuckle U joints.
