08 mega dash air vents

08 mega dash air vents
my dash vents in the center flow fine, but the outer vents have very little flow. is this normal for this truck or do i need some ******* service.

i guess most of you are using the defrosters this time of the year.
i hate to bug a dealer if the dash is working normal.
we are already spending a evening on here helping each other.
