04 headlight problems pdc or fcm ?

my problem started a few weeks ago with the plow head light passenger side going out but would flash alternately with right turn signal. disconnect plow truck was fine for about a week then passenger truck head light went out all bulbs are good. disconnect batteries for a bit worked good for about a week then same thing. remove pdc(fuse box) and fcm(front control module) clean up with electrical cleaner all is good for a dew days then same thing again. I have pulled the pdc apart can't find any bad spots reassemble and now no high beam on drivers side only one low beam. disconnect batts and fcm once again then i have both low beams no high beams pull a few fuses and i lose drivers side only passenger low beam now. every time i try to figure this out the problem changes to different headlights working. all the bulbs are good and i have completely disconnected the plow lights just the truck headlights are connected. i have read every thread i can find and am not sure which to try first pdc or fcm
