i have a 03 3500 srw slt 6 speed ho long bed 4x4 4 door. it was broken into and i was thinkin about trading it in. withthe rest of the insurance money and what the dealer offered me for it i will come out oweing almsotthe exact same as i do know for the same truck. (execpt im going with silver instead of black) my question is should i got with an 03 or an 04? what are the good and bad things about the 04?

Not much difference between the 2 except for cosmetic changes and possibly becoming E-brake approved with the automatic for the '04s and on the Quad you got read headrests. The other thing is that if you get a late built (So far none have shown up) Cummins, you'll end up with an EGR.

 

get an 04 if you know you wont get the egr....egr= horrible

like someone said its like you farting and part of it comes in your mouth

 

You can sell the '03 to Scotty. He wants a black truck and the train went to the wrong station!!!!
