I'd like to find a set (4) of painted steel wheels for my 08 2500. I plan to mount up a set of agressive tread tires for strictly snow/mud related use. A wheel like is used for the truck spares would be ideal. The solid design would keeping them from packing with snow while plowing, which would be nice. A quick internet search doesn't turn up much other than a company in CA that sells them. I'm in PA, so their shipping is significant.
I've checked before at local salvage yards, thinking that every totaled truck that comes in would have one on but they seem to be as scarce as hen's teeth.
Has anybody else dealt with this issue?

Contact the company in CA to see if they could come down on their shipping rates. I did this with a set of steel wheels for sale on "buy it now" on ebay about a year ago, and the seller actually agreed and refunded a portion of the cost after I made the purchase. The worst that can happen is they say no!
