H&S should have the tunes out for the post March 09 trucks in a couple of weeks. Followed shortly by the 2010 tunes. They have already been dynoing their 2010 truck.

This is a cut and paste from their website as far as release dates:

Post-March 2009 6.7L Tuning
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010
Notes: Black Maxx will initially be the only tuner for this platform. Mini Maxx will work as well once we receive the hardware(see below for dates). At this time the XRT is not scheduled to be offered for this platform.

2010 6.7L Tuning
Projected ship date: April 15, 2010
Notes: Black Maxx and Mini Maxx only. HP rating will be close to the 2007.5-2009, but test and tuning is still taking place. I will provide more info as we get closer.

Mini Maxx
Projected ship date: April 1, 2010
I know, I know, it has taken forever. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer!

XRT High Idle Enable
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010

TPMS Adjustment
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010
Notes: Initially this option will be available only on the Black Maxx. The Mini Maxx will have this option when released. XRT is still a question, but will most likely be available soon after.

2009-2010 EGR Cooler Delete Kits
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010
Notes: This kit has been completely re-designed and has been greatly improved. We really stepped this one up a notch.

H&S MaxxFlow 6.7L Intake Manifold
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010
Notes: Our intake manifold has been in the works for some time now, and is currently in production. With a 1 piece design, it will eliminate the need for EGR block-off plates or throttle delete. Our manifold will boast a huge 4" inlet, and will flow better than anything on the market. Add a 4" boost tube for maximum performance.

H&S 6.7L 4" boost tube
Projected ship date: March 15, 2010
Notes: Mandrel bent stainless steel 4" piping

I'm not sure where Marco is with his tunes for these trucks but I am sure that he is close as well.

We are in the beta testing process of our Adrenaline module for the 6.7L.

You can look at the Adrenaline for the 07 trucks and it is very similar but, not quite as much power added. All the features are the smae except there are more monitored parameters for the 6.7L.

We also do a lot of watching the regen stuff and have built in safety catches and de-fueling algorithms for when the regens take place.

Should be out in a month or so.

Also will be available for use with the iQuad stuff in the very near future.

This is designed to work with the factory DPF. It is also stackable should you ever decide to add the Smarty or another programmer later on. You still get tons of gauges (including fuel pressure), turbo timer, warm up mode and custom tuning!

Sorry but your instructor is wrong about the 4 year grace period for diesel testing in CA. According to California Air Resources Board (CARB) (basically a legalized bunch of thieves) they don't have a good base of experience with diesel emissions so all diesel vehicles will need to be tested every other year. Gasoline vehicles have demonstrated good emission reliability for the first 5 years that's why you don't have to have a new one tested until the 6th year.

For specifics see this document:
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/vehindustry/vi...09/09vin28.pdf

The relevant items are towards the bottom of the first page.

I don't think you need to worry about random roadside checks unless you're a commercial vehicle operator or CARB runs short of money. CARB operates from the fines they levy and collect. Whenever they want more money to pay themselves, to fund their pet projects, or to go on fact finding junkets to Hawaii they simply find more people and companies to penalize and fine. It's really a good racket since it's all perfectly legal and there's no way to hold them accountable. I just can't wait to retire and get out of this screwed up state.

Just keep in mind our stuff is reasonably mild and meant to work with all of the factory components such as the EGR and DPF.

It would make a great stack with some of the tuners though especially with all of its features and options!

So the Adrenaline will monitor the same parameters as the 5.9 setup. I would love to add in a fuel and rail presure set up for now. I already have an EJA. Do yall have something digital that would display both FP and RP simultaneously?

Later on if I ever do get to build my 6.7 all out I may go full gauges.... maybe.

Yessir and even more with all the DPF parameters. We tell you when it is regening and all that stuff and even allow you to de-fuel or not de-fuel when it all happens.

RPG7000
http://www.quadzillapower.com/produc...Pressure-Gauge

Specifically for the 6.7L. The FP sending unit is 0-100psi as well. Not simultaneously but with a press of a button.

If you want one you better get one quick though because once we run out we are not making any more of them.

The Scout will do both at the same time but, then you wouldn't need the JWA anymore:
http://www.quadzillapower.com/produc...ex.cfm/p/Scout

It has tons of monitoring options as well.

Later on if I ever do get to build my 6.7 all out I may go full gauges.... maybe.
We have some really awesome gauge stuff coming out before the summer hits, so keep your eyes peeled!

'09 6.7 Tuner

OK, I looked on several forums but couldn't find a definitive answer, what WILL work on late '09 6.7's? I am looking for something with a monitor that will adjust for tire size as well.

Smarty Jr and an Edge Insight

Cheaper and better combo than anything else on the market.

Id drop the coin on a Smarty Sr and a good set of gauges.

6.7 perfection right there!
