Hello, I bought my 09 6.7L on June 5th and have been pulling heavy loads of livestock for my FFA chapter all summer. However, my mileage drops off significantly with the trailer on. I know that mileage will drop while towing but not to 9 mpg. I have put a cold air intake on but other than that it is stock. What should i do to help out my pickup. It currently has 6000 miles on it.

 

I get 9 mpg when towing my trailer as well. It simply sucks on mpg when towing..., but does a great job and lots of power. to increase your mpg, you'll have to get rid of the emissions and regeneration...

 

Thanks my dad had a new exhaust put on some of his work trucks and he said it has worked pretty well.
