Anyone have trans shift issues on Smarty Jr?

See H&S has a trans tune to help issues of hard shifts between some gears when towing heavy loads. Does anyone have those issues with Smarty Jr? I had finally decided on the Smarty Jr but have reservation now over trans shifts. H & S has a trans program to fix those issues that evidently happen when heavy loads with their tunes....

I tow a 39' 5th wheel trailer, no problem with mine upshifting, can get alittle jerky downshifting, in tow/haul, and exhaust brake on. 6sp auto

I have had no issues with my smarty jr either. I only tow on stock or fuel economy tune. I don't need to tow on higher hp and break stuff. If I want to go fast, I have a YZ450F and a SX Viper 700 sled that takes care of my acceleration needs.

I agree with sabre only time mine is rough is when in tow/haul mode and exhaust brake is powering it down to a stop.It gets the job done thats for certain otherwise smooth as can be shifting.

No problem here either. Right after I 1st started using the JR I had a couple of hard downshifts while pulling the 35' 5er but that went away in short order and now it's smooth shifting up and down. I believe that the 68RFE Trans has adaptive learning and self adjusts shifts to driving style/load.
