ANY IDEAS??? Deleted 6.7 and still getting DPF full message with smarty
I have a 2009 6.7L. Just did the egr/dpf delete this last weekend. Hooked up the smarty jr, set it to sw1. driving home tonight (2 days after install) and i get a message on the overhead saying my dpf was 80% full. How can my dpf be full if i dont have one. I installed the egr/dpf deletes according to blake clark's post. If anyone has a trick or fix, let me know please.
What tune are you running? It will be shown (rather quickly) on the screen after plugging in the tuner.
Can you check for dtcs and let me know if you have a P1451 code pending?

May or may not help. I have a minimax with full delete and recently started getting "catalyst full" message. After enough research I found that for reasons unknown fuel rail pressure will cause the same code as a full catalyst. My fix was updating the minimax.
