They replaced pdf filter and had 80% power loss and could barely get the tires to turn. That evening the called and said its running great. Didnt have explanation why. It stalled out and left me on the side of the road 6 hours later at 2:30 in the morning. Wife not happy.Dealership has had it 6 weeks just this trip. Got it back yest so we will see. Tried trading it off at same dealership i bought it from and they wont give me nothing for it. As usuall there pickups are worth gold and any 07 or 08 are worth nothing. Not a good start for my first Dodge in several years.

well it was still running the same so i made app to take back again. Sunday evening on way to dealership to drop it off, check engine light came on again. No surprise so i didnt even call them Mon Tuesday they called and said it was ready. I picked it up after work and drove it home and it ran great. Left for work the next morning and for the first time in 4 months it did not stall out on the way to work. The dealership called me and asked how it ran and come to find out the last code was egr valve. Its the first one they have ever changed. They have cleaned, reset, scrubbed, and messed with lots but never changed. Its been a week now and its running great. They think the dpf filter was a false code due to the egr so i got the filter for no reason. So far so good. There starting to think this whole 6 month battle was the egr valve but it took this long to finally throw code. After the mechanic told me what it does it all makes sense. I have my fingers crossed that my troubles for now are over.

If you have the new equipement and it is work then now is when you should delete and improve everything. Keep your new working emission equipment for when you need (if you need to).

What about warranty? Im nervous to delete cuz of all the troubles ive had. It would take alot of fuel improvment to pay for loss of warranty and delete kit. I would love too just have a few concerns.

My issues have been eliminated since deletes. No dealer required.
Fuel mpg on my truck went up 42% across the board. I have seen some better and some worse improvements but you will net an increase in mpg.

Do the california style deletes if your worried about warranty that way if a problem comes up you can easily and quickly put it back and take it in to the dealer.
