i have recently bought a '09 2500 with a hemi. don't shoot me yet. I wanted to have a lighter truck (easier on front ends and wont sink as bad in alberta swamps) now the problem is that it's not a diesel. Anyone have any ideas about swapping a 4BT into it, good idea or bad? and what are any issues with these little engines, fuel pumps etc. any info would be great

 

would have been better to have bought a diesel and swaped it to a 4 cylinder
