2008 aftermarket muffler question
Good Afternoon,
Its been a few years since I have been on here and always recived good advice in the past so Im back with another question. Now I have a 2008 3500 singlecab auto 4x4 with a flatbed. It has DPF deletes, AFE intake, race-me, ATS turbo, and as far as the exhuast goes it has 4in back with what looks like to me a stock muffler. What I want to do is dump the exhuast before the axle and have a flow through muffler. Ive never bought a muffler before I always just ran staight pipe but with it being dumped I think Im going to want one. Want a good tone and to hear the turbo spool, I like a louder truck dont think that will be an issue with it being dumped so want to focus on the tone and turbo spooling sound if that makes sense.
Thanks

I have a flo pro on mine. Nice tone, no drone, quiet. I would recommend running your exhaust past the rear axle. With it dumping under the cab or close to it you'll get allot of exhaust in the cab at stop lights, drive thru, and letting her warm up.
