worth it?

03 3500 with bully dog torque dog, s&b intake, 4" mbrp exhaust and 6" skyjacker lift with 35x12.50's and wondering if a boost fooler will do anything noticeable? Advice and suggestions welcomed

Not really, since you are basically stock. What a boost fooler does is prevent you from throwing high boost codes and defueling. So for those folks with a more aggressive tuner than you have and a turbo that flows enough to get boost around 40-42 psi, a boost fooler is necessary. But with the mild tuner you have and stock turbo, you will likely see little to no benefit.
