Just an observation......but it seems odd that he had his lawyer at sema, and that they were talking with the epa, and that his lawyer just went off on a whim and wrote this kind of letter and accused these companies. And I'm sure his lawyer did all of this letter writing and research without compenstation.....Since ats didn't know anything about it.

How does a lawyer or anyone for that matter jump from trying to convince the EPA to relax the rules for diesel to drafting a letter of that nature?

Something is not hitting on all cylinder if you ask me.

Actually it doesn't if you are aware of the situation regarding the discussions that the EPA held with many of the Vendors at Sema this year. I have spoken to many of them and the EPA was warning people that they WILL aggressively pursue anyone trying to counter DPF systems.

As for Clint and his Attorney being there together, they are good friends and it has not been uncommon for them to be together at times like that. I have talked to both of them on random days just calling Clint in his office.

Why he chose to send that letter to Clint, I can not comment on, I know nothing more than what has already been stated here myself.

I agree lock the thread before any bashing starts. Whatever the truth, it will still come out.
