whats the differance

Hey guys,
I'm sure some of you know about my latest carnage... It got me to wondering what is the difference between the 03 head that I destroyed and the new head the Cummins calls the new fully updated head. What if any improvements will I see in power. I guess they have fixed the valve seat problem but the guy at Cummins said that they made alot of improvments to the new head. He just couldn't tell me what the improvments are...
Thanks,
Topper

All I know is they have better valve seat since the 600 run hotter. I thought that I read somewhere that they might have bigger valves too, but dont quote me.

haha... funny

Well, you will get different valves too... sodium filled for the extra heat... they are the same size though!! The newer heads do flow a little better too. Mostly the differences you will see... you really won't see. It is a longevity/reliability thing.
