Mine was installing the Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares. They made the truck look like a frog to me since the stock wheels kept the tires from sticking out the fender wells and rubbed the clear coat off of the fenders in a couple of weeks. They were on about 3 weeks, that was nearly three years ago now. Been pretty happy with every thing else along the way.

With the CAT on, it might not be too bad. But if you pull the CAT...the drone will drive you nuts. But then again, I'm guessing you installed the AERO where your stock muffler was....might not be too bad. Mine was installed were the CAT originally was....supposedly offers better performance over putting it where the factory muffler goes....

For me it was anything bullydog, had a powerpup, worked ok, but not anywheres near the power of pretty much anything else. Tired the triple dog, total POS, no more power than the powerpup and it made my tranny shift all funny.

I did that on my '98 and never had that problem...

The 4040L ("L" is the resonator option) on my '05 works great! I kept the cat-shell on for compliance, and it acts as another resonator.

I welded the Aeroturbine directly on the downpipe (optimum location), with the cat-shell welded on to the back of the 4040L, followed by a 65* downturn at the rear of the cab... all stainless of course.

ansa silverline duals still haven't gotten them to hang right the drivers side hits the bump stop and the hangers aren't welded in the correct spots. guess i just have to spend sometime rewelding the hangers and welding it together. and the 409 ss is nothing but surface rust now. going to pull it and clean it up and paint it with 1200* black paint. but i love the look of the duals and gotten many complements

The worst MOD I made was the two weeks I played around with an SP Diesel Eliminator. Only worked for a couple days, then left me sit. Replacement was DOA. After my 10 days of edited by admin to the company I will never deal with them EVER again.

Now purchasing the truck in the first place was my first mistake..... I really should have bought am old one but I had gotten a new job with TRIPLE the pay and jumped too soon. Oh well. It isn't all bad
