Smarty POD is all of the above it seems. Have not got my hands on a POD version yet, but I will.

POD Version of smart will be out pretty soon (supposedly), which would probably meet all of your needs. The packing (the actually Smarty) isn't too attractive and is very bulky, but I would guess that'll change sooner or later. Edge Juice w/ Attitude (or similar programmer) would be another option.

I have the Smarty and a MP-8 on my truck... Unless you need the added ground clearance; don't lift your truck, you will open up a whole different can of worms and non of them will be fuel freindly, besides that it will pretty much assure you that your truck will never fit inside a parking garage again.

I don't like the Smarty POD set-up, it sounds like it takes to much input and you have to leave the cord plugged into the OBD port by your left knee when you want to use it... My set up works good for me, I have the smarty set on lvl 3 for more performance and leave my MP-8 off, if I need more power I just roll the **** (no tapping the throttle 2 times, wiggling my nose, etc)... Smarty made great efforts to make the POD set up, but they just fell alittle short... I think the only way to make it right is a seperate display/box that will have the adjustments in it...

The pod is a great concept, and you do not have to run with it in all the time. But it does allow you to roll down the road and make adjustments while moving.....like I said though...SMARTY LIVE would be awesome...I would buy a laptop mount...
