I know this has been posted before, but I couldn't find the post. The weather stripping is being ripped by the driverside door everytime its opened. Is this covered by Dodge? Did I just not get the memo or is everyone's doing this? I just don't want to go complaining to the dealership and mine being one in a thousand that is even doing it. Thanx....Jamie

 

I had mine replaced under warranty.. have the service writer look up the TSB. there is a new outer door seal that has a cut out in it to prevent future tearing.

I had them replaced in late January. There was a picture of the new weatherstrip posted late last year. The new strips also seal much better against the top of the doors (less wind noise).

 

Yeah, I kept thinking that the wind noise was coming from my ventshade window guards, so I took them off nd reattached them using stronger 3M. I still ave the windnoise, I uess this is what its from. Thanx ....Jamie
