My opinion is that meth adds timing and if you've got alot of timing already, something can go pop (headgasket). If you need egt reduction just shoot the water. If your egt's still get out of hand you're probably WAY overfueled and/or need a bigger turbo anyway. Nothing is a perfect fix. I'm going to shoot water.

I would just get water, nitrous gets real expensive filling them bottles and i would'nt wanna be spraying hooked to a sled all them time. No doubt you'll get alot more power out of it.I have spray but the next time i pull probably wont be using, cause i will deffenitly break something at that level, already snaped 2 D70 pinions at 550hp

I'm not scared about breaking stuff, thats part of it. If I was going to use a 100hp shot where would be the best place to put it at?

There's really no such thing as a 100hp shot when it comes to diesel. You can use Xnumber jet and make no horsepower improvement if you have no extra fuel. And you can make 150hp using X-number jet if you've got the fuel to burn.

If I was picking one spot to inject nitrous....three is the perfect setup.....it would be just before the intercooler. Putting it in there maximizes the cooling effect of the nitrous, makes the intercooler work way more efficiently and still provides the same amount of extra oxygen as flowing it into the intake manifold/horn. ks

Methanol is fuel, not timing in the traditional sense but it can make a small difference in the ignition point on the compression stroke (sooner then #2 alone). Water will add mass and cooling effect and will will also affect the ignition point on the compression stroke (later then #2 alone). So the correct blend of water/methanol will have a neutral effect on the ignition point, will add mass for a given air flow, will add fuel and will reduce temperatures.

While that sounds good, I have to say that most headgasket problems I've heard about deal with meth and water. Never heard of problems shooting just water.
