wanting to upgrade tires

Any suggestions, I am wanting to upgrade the tires on my baby. Looking to keep stock wheels, but go to larger , more aggressive off-road tread pattern, keeping in mind that I wont be towing anything more than 9,000 lb. I am wanting to upgrade for mainly cosmetic reasons, although my job does require that I am off the highway quite a bit. Thanks for any suggestions.

i have been running 35/12.5/17 BFG MTs on my truck for quite some time. They are on the stock wheels. They have been good to me. With no leveling kit i got some rub on the control arms at full lock.

I prefer Mud Terrain tires, they pick up less rocks than ATs. I dont notice any more road noise with the MTs.

Many people like the Toyos also. I may try them next.

Check HERE. They're Nitto Terra Grappler AT's, 295/70R17. This is what I've got sittin' in the driveway right now. They're not too big, not too small, the tread pattern is righteous but not too gnarly, the sidewall rating is pretty stout (D, ~3400#s @ 60psi or so), and 700 bux shipped to your front door. Hard to beat that deal. I called around to see if any local tire shops could come close. One guy told me there's no way he could and to take the deal. It's a good lookin' tire and people are sayin' they're gettin' 40k-50k out of 'em. That's the most you could hope for.
