I ordered my pump adapter and fittings from vulcan today for my DIY Walbro.
While looking on ebay for a 392 walbro kit one vendor list the barbed fitting as 5/16 for kit 400939.

Question: What size barbed fitting do you have on your Walbro.

I know I need a 3/8 for the fuel line so do you buy the fittings seperate or does the fitting with the kit work?

I have never seen this problem before in post about the Walbro.

 

anyone know what the barb size is on their walbro?

 

3/8 on mine. I bought the pump and pump install kit from Rich @ GDP. The install kit only came with the barb fittings for the pump and the mounts. No wiring or anything else. I didn't buy the complete kit.

I ordered the pump from Rich.

I think that one ebay dealer did not know what he was selling. I think they are all 3/8 barbed kits. Better to buy from someone who will still be there if a problem comes up.

 

I just order and got my walbro pump and kit last week from a dealer full throttle on ebay and it had 3/8 barbed fittings.
