Any one using the Volant intake system? I'm presently using the BHAF setup but I really like to the look of their air box. What about the forced air tube that mounts in place of the driving light? Whats the possibilty of water being sucked up into the box?

I have it installed in my 05 3500SRW. It is a nice desing and the stock inlet from the fender fits inside the opening of the Volant box. I was worried about water pickup myself, so I capped the bottom hole. Definatle opens it up a little and improved throttle response with a 1-2 mpg increase.

 

I alsohave it and I have not had any water problems, but I dont have the down tube either. I think there is a pic in my gallery of the box.

 

I have it and dig it, but there's no way that I was dumb enough to spend $100 on the optional tube. For a few bucks, home depot would produce something that would work.
