True flow intakes/filter?

True flow intakes/filter?
A friend of mine is in need of an new intake and asked me for some advise.
The #1 priority is filtration as the truck is bone stock and it is a work truck, if we can get some performance thats great but not a big deal. I have been told that the true flow filters filter with the best of em but they do cost less so if any of you have any info/opinions lets hear em.

I have the true flow drop in and intake tube.....works good for me.....lets the turbo spool faster....helped reduce egt's (along with cat back)....i use foam filters in my dirtbikes so i'm sold on the filtration properties....
