Ole Saying

It's like they say, you pay to play, and it's especially true here. I have a TST and love that I can get 30HP with timing and duration only, no extra fuel and no extra pressure. Sure I can crank it to 9, but the extra power from just number 1 I love. I really don't plan on going higher than maybe 2x2 for towing the boat or trailer, that's it.

You do sacrifice performance and logevity (spelling?) when you add that much power, why race cars are rebuilt after every race (dragsters) but that's why. I loved my stock truck and I really did keep it semi stock. I do plan on going with a converter because that's the one thing I really think the trucks need. I feel a lot of people put on boxes to make up for the sloppy converter. next years bonus is going to a torque converter for sure. I would love to get a converter, Valve body, and flex plate. Should be all I need.

Any box manufacture can have an issue whether it is an electronics problem or an installation problem.

I am not sure why certain people love to point us out? We have very few issues at least percentage wise. I read about other people having problems and getting codes on a regular basis, but it seems ok with everyone?

Think about cell phones, radios, tv's.......anything can have an issue and that is why they have a warranty. That is why your truck has a warranty.

I know you are not directing stuff at me, it just seems like if 1 guy had an issue 10 months ago then we have "problems". If 10 guys with an Edge get codes, then it is just a wiring problem or something else. I don't get the mentality?

Maybe because you stand behind your products with great customer service. And willing to come on this forum to explain issues and problems and try to take care of the members. Just like the issues with the CB. I don't see any other vendor doing this.
Anything and everything is subject to failure, but standing by your customers is worth its weight in gold.

man... I hate to point you guys out in particular.. Sorry for doin it. I have talked to many people with your box on their truck and they love it. I know a couple people that have had problems, but I must say that you guys have AWESOME customer service per my friends that have had issues. I applaude the fact you guys post here for tech support and product info. Anyone can sell a product, not everyone will back their product up.

My TST crapped out a wiring harness on the road and the truck went from power house to coal burning steam engine. I'm sure the local forest ranger station thought there was a full on forest fire with all the smoke. I stopped on the side of the road and an hour and a half later the TST was in the back seat. My diesel guy sent it back and within a week it was diagnosed and back in my truck. Yep, anything can fail but 1 hour of down time for 3000 hours and counting of TST pleasure and power....priceless. You will have to pull my TST from my truck by ripping it from my near dead body cause its there to stay. I left it on when I did go to the dealer and I don't care what anybody says. Most injector additions don't reach peak performance without a pressure box with boost fooling. ks
