So I did every the the directions told me to do but it didn't download the 227 program to my downloader when i turn it on it says v227 but when I plug it into the truck noting happens.so i tryed to download it again and it say on the download Recovery mode and I can't get out of this screen I don't know what to do if anyone knows please help.Has anyone else had this problem?

 

well it still wont work know one here seems to know whats up with it so i'm calling bully dog tomorrow wish me luck

 

I don't have the outlook, but I do have the Triple Dog downloader.

If it says 2.2.7 it's in the downloader. Did you download Crazy Larry?

Did you download the new version before you installed the 2.2.1?

If so it should initially say the 2.2.7 blah blah, then goes to the mode screen:

Cummins 5.9L
Tow/ Economy
Performance
Crazy Larry

This is on the downloader not the Outlook.

If the screen freezes turn the key off and unplug it, then plug it back in, key on again.

I called up bully dog and they said send it back it could screw up my truck because it thinks it needs to erase my truck.The downloader already has 227 on it.
