there is a case in the courts right now, i believe northern california, where a driver is being charged with pc245 (assault with a deadly weapon) which is any instrument or force likely to cause great bodily injury or death. apparently a driver used his horns to be obnoxious to another driver and some old guy had a heart attack it scared him so bad. the driver is being charged with adw. i'll see if i can find the article again and post it. it was a few months ago so i dont recall the details "exactly". i dont think highway is trying to ruin anyone's fun, probably more of a "heads up" for those of you who are doing this mod.... me personally, i dont really care, i have an air horn from a patrol car complete with siren, which is a really good way to get people to move... they gave it to me when i wrecked the car into a fleeing suspect and totalled both cars..... that was fun too!
