Towing w/ a Lift kit...
I've been looking into adding a small suspension lift kit, i.e. Tuff Country 4.5". I've got a 28' flat bed goosneck and a older about 18' goosneck stock trailer I will be pulling on occasion. By adding the lift and a tire that will look appropriate do I have the clearance. I've ran a few searches and scanned the members photos looking for better info. I like the look of the 4.5" lift but haven't seen the lift/tow combo. I plan on backing up to the trailers next time I make it out to the farm and measure distance I've got to work w/.
Has anyone ran this combo yet??? If so any info or pics would be a great help.
I'm running a 04.5 2500 SLT Short box, stock at the moment.
Thanks,

i asked the same question a year ago and i only got 1 response, you may have a clearance problem between the truck bed and the gussets on the tongue of the gooseneck trailer when in certain situations, turning and on uneven terrain
