ok I have an 06 3500
I had Installed a torque switch on my truck.
I had found the instructions on here
the post was titled
"My torque lock up switch install-with pics!"
I followed them to a T

When turn the switch on the lock symbol comes on on my insight, but the only thing that happens other then that is it won't shift out of 3rd lock up into 4th.
It does not lock any of the lower gear though.

Has anyone on here installed a switch on there 06 and it work with no troubles?

Well, I don't have an 06. But I have had zero issues with the lock up switch that I installed with the instructions here.

I have a Goerend transmission and when built, it was modified so that I could lock up in 1st gear as well.

Mine also will upshift locked in all gears. But it will not downshift.

 

When I flip the switch it throws and few codes the one that was related to the tranny was low voltage to the torque converter
