Thickness of alum. on ****** Whistler pipe?

How thick are the 2 aluminum pieces you welded onto the big pipe? (3/8" or 1/2")

Could a guy weld a nut on the one side for the filter minder? The MAF sensor has to lie flat though right?

I think the IAT sensor is 1/2" and and the filter minder should not even be installed IMHO they are worthless on aftermarket intakes...PM sent

^^^ I agree with the above, the filter minder is only sufficient for stock intakes in most cases.

also where would a guy mount the MAF sensor on the elbow? I might have trouble getting alu. welder or tig. A guy could silicone a wee bit under MAF sensor so theres no leaks to right?
