thanks...it sounds nice but i may have to add another small muffler...it doesnt resonate thanks to the resonator, but its loud, i imagine towing will suck. Thankfully I have plenty of 4" mufflers laying around to play with.

Do you have a before vid by chance?

What was the reason for this swap? Is it just for a better sound or was it for power/economy or something else?

before with the 3rd gen manifold? I have a few...with a 51" Donaldson and one with a short straight through muffler...

The reason i did this swap was to go to a slightly larger turbo and a free flowing exhaust side. I am hoping that it helps my fuel mileage...before i was running 10-20 lbs of boost cruising at 70-80 mph on flat ground...i havent had much chance to test so far but it is alot less. I swapped a 2nd gen manifold on just for even flow and the nice sound....since i was digging into it...

question for you all!!

MY smarty Jr. Obviously does "boost fooling" but i drove my truck to work this morning with stock fueling...and it threw and overboost code on stock fueling...is there a homemade boost fooler i can make myself? some sort or resistor? Right now i have the stock sensor from my stock turbo plugged in and ziptied up. I cant see spending 100 bucks for a little connector from quadzilla?

I know Industrial Injection, or just about any turbo vendor will sell you the wastegate pigtail.

Thank you veyr much...it seems like it is a littler spuinkier sounding than 12v's and 24v's....but it Definitely lost the nasty 3rd gen ricer sound..it has the inline 6 diesel growl...reminds me alot of my striaght piped c-12
