Suncoast TQ Converter/Valve Body

Anyone running these on their 48re? What are your overall impressions on the stuff. Considering running this and there is a local dealer by me to do the install. Thanks in advance.

Don't run one but I've never heard anything bad about Suncoast. The fact that the installer is local to you makes a world of difference. If you do have problems, it's nice to be able to take her in for a checkup... What are you planning on besides the vb/tc? Billet flexplate? input shaft?

Not sure, depends on how much all that stuff is. I have to go to the shop today, so I will find out.

I have suncoast VB. I did this upgrade when I changed to a PTC torque converter they recommended suncoast for the VB. I haven't tried any other VB so I can't give a comparison. When I turn my TST off the tranny shifts and behaves terrible but when I run with box on 4/4 it acts and behaves great.
