Question summer post

Hey, summer is almost here , well anyway a warm thought anyway.

So, my question for the grill, something to protect the radiators from all those bugs that will be flying around. Looks like this design could catch a mouthfull of bugs. Is there something out there that fits the radiator, or would you just go to a hardware store and get some screen and tie in it? or maybe burgers and sausages would be better on the grill.

Any suggestions that would warm up our topic list.

I've been trying to figure out what I can do to keep rocks from flying through the big hole in the bumper between the tow hooks. From the looks of a couple of smashed areas, I'm lucky to still have refrigerant in the AC system.

I want to keep the stock look, and am looking at mounting some expanded metal grate on the bumper supports, but there doesn't appear to be an easy way to attach it (no way to get a drill in there without pulling the whole bumper).

If anyone came up with something better, or knows of a product, shoot me a message!

my truck has just the regular old screen door screen tied in front of the rad. it makes washing the bugs out real easy, just spray em and they fall off

Lund has snap in grill covers that sound like they would do the trick for you. They are available in colored ABS plastic or stainless steel. You can get them for just the grill, or the grill and bumper openings also. They make them for the different style grills and also if you have tow hooks or not.

A company called Cloud Rider makes them in stainless steel, or powder coated. They look a lot like those lunds.
