It is either a Bad pump or the mechanic messed up putting in the injectors or there is a bad injector. to much return flow

If the FCA unplugged gives you a rail pressure of MAX then it sounds like you have some loose or illfitted injector connector tubes. Have the tech check the injector leak down... It seems cool to do everything at once but doing the pump....check the pressures then doing the injectors and checking pressure is the smarter way. Been there done this and everything else semi-tupid. KS

what does a "leak down" tell you? does it tell if its the conector tubes? or just if there is a bad injector?
