Stacks and a plastic bed liner

I have finally ordered a Grand Rock 7" stack kit and i am wondering if there has been any issues with the plastic bed liner. I have seen pics on here of a white quadcab with a bed liner. I am not sure how hot it will get, but my friend with a 01 CTD always has Mt. Dew bottles between his Y pipe and bed. They dont even deform. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. Also, if there are any tricks or hints to installing the stack kit, please let me know. Thanks in advance !!

I have the plastic bedliner and i just noticed a couple days ago that it is starting to deform it a little bit. But mine are also VERY close to the edge of the bed.

just be patient, have a buddy to help you line things up so they are straight.
