Hey guys

I working on the 2005, truck is a pain in my ---- , anyways truck runs fine 50% of the time. when i acts up it sputtering, white smoke, no power , if you rev it up 1800-2000 it cleans up and seems fine . seems to happen the worst when you run on the high for a bit then come off , runs like a bag for 10-15 min then runs ok again

bbi stage 1 injecors
cp3
150 fass
rail presurre sensor
new batteries
( all these parts have been put in the truck after it stared running bad)



truck is throwing no codes, has a rail presurre guage pressures are good, no boost leaks , truck has smarty for programmer doesnt make a differents in the way truck acts stock tune or set to kill , i pulled all the ground a cleaned them reinstalled. had he ecm flashed as well

any help would be great

 

Did you change the fuel cross over tube. If not retorque them and see what happens

 

i have had three set of injectors in it for testing with three different sets of cross over tubes , torqued everytime , no difference

 

Head gasket?

 

What does a compression test tell you?

 

410 psi cross the borad

 

oil sample came back good , tested coolant no sign on exhaust in it as well
